An integrated services company in Delta State is seeking to recruit an Administrative Officer for their General Office Administration.

Job Description:

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • -Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication.
  • Schedule appointments and organize events.
  • Take notes and minutes in meetings.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
  • Maintain and update company database.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Business Administration, Management, Economics or any social-related field
  • 2 years experience in Admin related field
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Resourceful and efficient
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Applicant MUST be resident in Warri, Delta state.
