- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- -Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintain polite and professional communication.
- Schedule appointments and organize events.
- Take notes and minutes in meetings.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Maintain and update company database.
- BSc in Business Administration, Management, Economics or any social-related field
- 2 years experience in Admin related field
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Resourceful and efficient
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Applicant MUST be resident in Warri, Delta state.
