A Human Capital Development Company is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for one of their clients.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Candidate selection, screening & interviews
- Staff onboarding & induction
- Recruitment of white-collar and brown-collar roles
- Monitor outsourcing project performance
- Payroll administration & salaries
- Handle Tax/PAYE/Pension remittance
- Staff record and HR analytics
- Handle HR Letters (offer letters, confirmations, promotions, disciplinary, etc)
- Regular site visits for outsourcing project
- Invoicing administration
- Customer acquisition and business growth
- Oversee performance management system, HR policies & staff discipline
- Carry out staff training
- Prepare HR reports
- Degree in relevant discipline (MSc/MBA is a plus)
- Years relevant work experience
- Experience within consulting/workforce outsourcing is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a MUST.
