An FMCG company is looking to recruit an Insurance & Claims Officer that will assist with insurance claims and settle claims matters accurately and fairly based on the company’s guidelines.

Locations: Kiriki, Apapa. Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Attend to claim investigations
• Attend to inquiries of policyholders, claimants, and intermediaries
• Communicate claims decisions clearly
• Prepare reports related to claim administration
• Process claim transactions within the required benchmarks and authority limit
• Provide quality service to all intermediaries and clients

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. degree
• 1 -2 years of work experience handling insurance claims, renewals, etc.
• Should have the knowledge to maintain a record of all premium payments and claims receipts.
• Should have knowledge of managing all claim files.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office
