- Enforce production quality standards
- Manage business and production planning
- Improve operational excellence
- Supervise, motivate and direct operations staff to meet the organization’s goals
- Ensure seamless and hitch-free customer service
- Prepare wages and process expense claims
- Maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols
- BSC/HND/OND in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent supervisory skills, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Good reporting skills
