A construction and real estate company in Lagos mainland is in need of an Operation Officer to oversee the activities of the operation staff.

Job Duties

  • Enforce production quality standards
  • Manage business and production planning
  • Improve operational excellence
  • Supervise, motivate and direct operations staff to meet the organization’s goals
  • Ensure seamless and hitch-free customer service
  • Prepare wages and process expense claims
  • Maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols

Job Requirements

  • BSC/HND/OND in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent supervisory skills, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Good reporting skills
