A natural hair company in Lagos is looking to recruit a Retail Manager.

Job Duties

• Manage the day-to-day operations in the retail locations and analyze results
• Manage sales, orders, salon + customer service staff
• Manage staff timetables
• Aid in developing new structures and processes
• Assist in executing KA sales + marketing strategy
• Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders: senior management, suppliers, colleagues, and partner organizations.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience managing a retail team
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Demonstrable professionalism and strong work ethic
• The ability to think on your feet without requiring constant instructions or validation
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Strong organizational, and time management skills, and ability to multi-task
