Job Summary

An indigenous security company is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team.

You will be the key point of contact between the organization and its clients and increase its sales and marketing activities to potential and existing customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform market research and identify potential customers. Approach potential customers, through cold calling, arrange meetings to present the company and its services.
  • Work with the company sales policy to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and perform an effective and professional presentation and sales of the company security products to targeted potential customers
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to increase both the company and its product’s awareness.
  • Negotiate price, costs, and necessary specifications with clients and colleagues.
  • Keep a record of sales progress and information. Record sales and order information and send copies to the sales office, or enter figures into a computer system.
  • Key account management- ensure timely renewals and excellent relationship management
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities, profit, and service improvements.
  • Give future (anticipated) buying trends back to the managers.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a sales role PREFERABLY in the Security industry.
  • Proven sales experience preferably in the sales of security guards’ services.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota and B2B/outside sales experience.
  • Strong communication, good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and product management.
  • A. /B.Sc. degree or equivalent in Marketing, Social Sciences, and other related disciplines.
  • Proven, verifiable sales track record in security background and FMCG background.
  • Professional qualification will be an advantage
  • Proficient use of Microsoft applications enhanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a hectic sales environment.

Remuneration: Monthly salary and very high sales commission.
