Scientific Officer & Lab Technician

We are hiring a Scientific Officer & Lab Technician to oversee the development and testing of SulNOx and Grez products. This role combines scientific research with hands-on lab work to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our innovative solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct and Analyze Experiments: Design and execute experiments to evaluate
the performance of SulNOx and Grez products, analyzing data to draw meaningful
conclusions and drive product development. - Maintain Lab Equipment: Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained,
calibrated, and in compliance with safety regulations. Implement routine checks
and repairs as necessary. - Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that laboratory
operations comply with regulatory standards, fostering a safe working environment
for all team members. - Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with the product development
team to identify areas for improvement in product formulation and performance.
Share insights and recommendations based on experimental findings. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized laboratory
records, preparing technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to
stakeholders effectively. - Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and training to junior lab staff and
interns, promoting best practices in laboratory techniques and safety. - Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in relevant
scientific fields, contributing to ongoing product innovation and improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Proven experience in laboratory testing and data analysis, with a focus
on product development. Experience with SulNOx and Grez products is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a
related field.
SKILLS:
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and
collaboration.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment, along with data analysis
software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as
part of a team.
