An educational institution is seeking to recruit a Training Manager to oversee marketing training programs.
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
- Develop & harness a marketing team to market companies to run their training program with the school.
- Develop strategies to make the school attract top notch organizations as a destination of choice for trainings.
- Develop a robust contact list that will ensure there are regular training sessions in the school.
- Develop a profit center & maintain sustainable (training) business unit.
- Oversee training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos etc.
- B.sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years cogent professional experience in similar capacity.
- Ability to organize and manage a diverse team.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work long hours and travel at short notice.
- Proven record of uncommon success in previous jobs.
- Ability to work by targets in a competitive work environment.
8am-5pm Monday -Friday & lecture weekends is mostly flexible from 12noon -8pm.
